Terms and Conditions.

1. All Out of this World products have been thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event you have a problem, please e-mail or phone us immediately.  If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days with your receipts. Please contact us by phone or email before returning any item and ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning said item. We can not refund products if they are not returned in original condition with your receipts. We only refund the price of the the returned item minus any P&P charges.

2. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods ordered, we shall refund you as soon as possible. As soon as we receive your payment by credit card or PAYPAL, your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 36 hours by first class post (UK mainland only) with proof of posting.

3. If you place an order by telephone and wish to pay by personal cheque, please make cheque out to "Out of this World" .  On the reverse of the cheque, please write type of card and the card number with expiry date and name of card holder.  Please be aware we allow up to 5 working days for cheque clearance before we can dispatch goods.  Unfortunately we have to do this due to a previous bad experience .
